Spotting after red wine
by: Jonathan

I haven't encountered this cause of spotting before, but if it definitely occurs after red wine, then probably it is due to Heat.

Wine, and alcohol in general, is warming, red wine theoretically more so than white wine or beer.

In which case, Jen might find that drinking lots of water between glasses of red wine might alleviate the symptom. This might dilute the wine acting as a coolant.

However, if taking water, avoid chilling it. It should be at room temperature or even a little warmer. Otherwise Jen might undo the good she has done by moving to a more warming diet than the cold vegan diet she first tried.
