First of all, I want to practice Qi Gong because its a source of energy and should be good for one's health. But, the problem is this: whenever I gather Chi, (no matter by which method) the Chi gets stuck in my head - causing headaches. So, I'm constrained to stop practicing.After a week, the "headache" goes away. I've tried pranayama = yoga breathing exercises to gather chi. as well as simply concentrating on the Dan Tien which is another method of cultivating Chi. But, no matter... The headaches will return. It starts out with light tingling , then,my head starts buzzing, and if I keep trying to gather chi, a headache developes after only a month of practicing. Are there acupressure techniques to relieve "Chi Headaches"? Thanks, S. Moore
